ROBERT M. JOHN
Owner and Senior Attorney
Robert M. John is the owner and senior attorney at Schneider, Nixon & John. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1972 and the United States District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 1975. He graduated from Villanova University in 1969 and the Villanova University School of Law in 1972. He is a member of the Montgomery County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
Attorney John has been a general practitioner for over 45 years and currently his emphasis is in Wills, Trusts, Estate planning and Estate Administration which were always a major part of his practice.
He is very involved in his community where he volunteers his legal services to many organizations, churches and the local fire company. He freely gives of his time to help make his community a better place in which to live. This currently includes working with the local Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce (both of which he is a past president and Board member) and a local Boy Scout Troop where he served as Scoutmaster for 40 years and is still active as an Assistant Scoutmaster and Crew Leader.

JILLIAN E. BARTON
Jillian E. Barton focuses exclusively in the areas of estate and trust planning, probate and estate administration, and related elder law matters.
Jillian is a native to the area and takes great pride in being able to work with local clients to achieve their goals. From the G.I. Generation to Baby Boomers to Gen X, Y (Millennials), and Z, Jillian can assist you in creating a holistic and comprehensive estate plan that is right for you. She also provides the compassion, assistance and in-depth knowledge necessary to navigate the probate and estate administration process. It is an difficult process and she finds it rewarding to help clients through the loss of a loved one.
Jillian's prior internships and work experiences have also focused solely in these practice areas. Jillian graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 2016 and was then admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. She was a recipient of the Dorothy Day Pro Bono service award during law school for her outstanding commitment to serving the legal community. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations, and Small and Solo Firm Section of the Montgomery County Bar Association.
In addition, she is actively involved in the Hatboro Rotary Club, where she serves as
Vice President of Youth Community Services.
Many clients know her as Jill. She lives in Horsham with her husband John, and when she's not working, she enjoys being with their families, doing crafts, exploring small towns,
and serving her community.
